I was initially nervous about having any services performed, however, her extensive knowledge of the equipment used and willingness to explain each service in great detail, completely eased my concerns. I have back trouble and can not sit-ups or crunches anymore. Just completed a three month plan targeted at strengthening core, Increasing abdominal strength and flexibility. It was very helpful and results were good. Pricey but worth it if you are serious about increasing abdominal strength. Ileana is a very good coach too!

I have been getting Lymphatic massages and they have been absolutely amazing along with redlight therapy. I've also gotten an amazing hydro facial.....they are/were all so fabulous.

I have been doing some treatments at Sugarloaf Wellness Center. I have never been around such a great group of staff, they are so supportive, knowledgeable and if you have any questions or concerns, they will bring you pictures and other information to go above board to help you make a decision. And they are a Christian practice which is important to me, not that they will preach at you but if you want or need a prayer for support, they will provide one. The whole office, from the top doctor, all the PA’s and every nurse and office worker have always been so kind to work with, I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.
